Versus consists of two volumes which complement each other and are interconnected by subtle visual resonances, creating an indivisible unity. The core of the project is precisely this network of flashes of light out of darkness, which trace a way bifurcating into two parallel paths.

Versus represents an evolution of the author’s photographic language that began with Infinito. In a sense, it maintains the same interest in compositional structures based on symmetry, while at the same time probing more complex poetic resonances and images, at the very limits of representation.
